Refund Policy

All SEO Storms services are professional digital services customised to each client. Contact us directly before submitting a formal refund request - most concerns can be resolved in a conversation.

1. One-Time Services (SEO Sprint)

1.1 Before work begins

Full refund if cancelled before work commences.

1.2 After work begins

No refund once work has started. Partial credit toward future services may be offered at our discretion if substantial work is incomplete.

1.3 Non-delivery

If we fail to deliver within twice the stated timeline due to circumstances within our control, a full refund is available on request.

2. Monthly Retainer Services

2.1 Monthly billing

No refund once a billing period starts and work has been scheduled or delivered.

2.2 First-month concerns

Contact us within 7 calendar days of first delivery. We will work to resolve the issue. Partial credit may be issued at our discretion.

2.3 Minimum commitment

Cancelling during the 3-month minimum does not waive payment obligations for the remaining term.

3. Qualifying Circumstances

3.1 Failure to deliver

If we fail to deliver agreed services due to circumstances within our control and cannot remedy within a reasonable timeframe, we will pro-rate a refund for undelivered work.

3.2 Duplicate charges

Duplicate charges refunded in full within 5 business days of confirmation.

4. Non-Qualifying Circumstances

• Dissatisfaction with search rankings (outside our control)
• Delays caused by client failure to provide access or information
• Change of mind after work has commenced
• Accepted deliverables

5. How to Request
