Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you ("Client") and SEO Storms ("we"). By purchasing or using our services you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

SEO Storms provides digital marketing services including SEO management, content production, link building, local SEO, paid search management, and SEO sprint projects. All services are digital. No physical goods are provided.

2. Payment

2.1 Pricing

All prices in USD. Flat monthly retainers only. No percentage of ad spend.

2.2 Billing

Monthly retainers billed in advance on the same date each month via Stripe. Card details are stored by Stripe, not by us.

2.3 Late payments

Services may suspend after 10 calendar days of outstanding balance. Engagement may terminate after 30 days.

3. Minimum Commitment and Cancellation

3.1 Retainer minimum

Three (3) month minimum for all retainer services. One-time projects have no minimum.

3.2 After minimum

Cancel with thirty (30) calendar days written notice. Services and billing continue during the notice period.

3.3 Early termination

Terminating during the minimum period does not relieve payment obligations for the remaining minimum term.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide required account access within 5 business days
• Complete onboarding materials within 5 business days
• Respond to information requests within 5 business days
• Notify us of any changes affecting our work

5. Intellectual Property

All deliverables become your property upon full payment. Our methodologies and internal tools remain our property.

6. Limitations of Liability

6.1 No ranking guarantees

We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes. Search engines are operated by third parties and change continuously.

6.2 Liability cap

Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration in Bernalillo County, NM under AAA rules.
