What is included

Delivery: New accounts or rebuilds live within 7-10 business days. Monthly reports in week 1 of each month.

Media spend is billed by Google directly to your payment method. Our fee covers management only. Social media advertising is not included.

Why the fee model matters

Percentage-of-spend pricing creates a structural misalignment. When an agency earns more as you spend more, their incentive to recommend higher spend exists regardless of whether the returns justify it. A flat fee removes that incentive entirely. When we recommend increasing your budget, it is because the account data shows campaigns are producing efficient results and additional spend would compound them - not because our invoice goes up.

Account structure first

Most underperforming Ads accounts have the same root problem: structure. Campaigns mixing multiple intent levels, ad groups too broad to optimise bidding against, match types chosen without coherent strategy. Poor structure makes every subsequent optimisation harder because you cannot isolate variables and measure the impact of changes.

With any inherited account, the first task is rebuilding structure where needed. This is typically a 2 to 3 week process and usually produces the first measurable performance improvement before any copy testing or bid strategy work begins.

Quality Score as a cost driver

Quality Score is Google's assessment of how well your ads and landing pages match the intent of the keywords you are bidding on. Higher scores produce lower cost-per-click for equivalent ad position. A campaign at Quality Score 4 might pay $4.50 per click for a position that a campaign at score 8 achieves for $2.20. Improving Quality Score is a direct cost reduction that compounds across the account over time.

We recommend at least $1,500/mo in media spend to generate enough data for meaningful optimisation. Smaller budgets work in niche markets with high-value conversions.
